>>>MUSKY HUNTER SPRING 2007

Fat CB B.D.S. 3 (3” 1/2oz) Fat CB B.D.S. 4 (3” 3/4oz)

The Fat CB BDS Series comprises plastic crank baits that take maximum advantage of wood balsa lures. They are short of the liberal buoyancy of balsa lures (buoyancy is a key to generating smooth swimming action and avoiding obstacles), but these plastic crank baits can do what their balsa counterparts cannot: emulate the slow swimming action of live bait at a desired depth by accurately reflecting the angler’s slow reeling actions. In certain situations encountered in bass fishing, plastic crank lures that can move both quickly and slowly offer greater advantages, and the Fat CB BDS Series attests to this important fact. BDS1 and 2 will surely become your mighty partners and help you achieve better results in tournament fishing.

Lucky Craft has entered the premium swimbait market with the Real California 130 Premium. This lure takes Lucky Craft's research and technology to another level. The swimming action and liveliness of this lure is second to none. Lucky Craft has spent a tremendous amount of time focusing on eye placement, fin position and body action of the 130 to make it one of the most realistic swimbaits on the market today. The weighting system was intricately designed to match the weight of a live fish. The jointed swimbait is 130mm or 5.1 inches long and will be available in ten of Lucky Craft's ultra realistic colors.

A variety of field tests have been carried out in North America through the Musky & Walleye Hunter Project (also known as the Northern Water Tactics Project) launched in 2002. Because this one was already receiving the highest marks in the bass fishing community, it was only a matter of time before its performance was demonstrated in regard to musky and walleye. On the Walleye Tour and Musky Circuit in the U.S., where participants compete for hundreds of millions of dollars in prize money each year, the number of users appreciating the power of this lure has been quietly but steadily increasing for several years. In fact, it has been touted as a “secret bait” among top anglers. The series will cover the angler’s every need, thanks to key variations (Aurora, Ghost, Chartreuse) of perch color donned by the baitfish that are preyed upon by musky and walleye.
