Unlike large wooden baits, which require dedicated tackle, REAL CALIFORNIA can be comfortably used with a medium-heavy bait rod. So, you can use REAL CALIFORNIA in a variety of applications, including as a search bait to scour a wide area while marinating your usual fishing style, or using it temporarily in the “Golden time” of morning and evening when big fish can be approached efficiently. REAL CALIFORNIA provides equally outstanding performance in large reservoirs and wild lakes. It comes with both a tail blade and Gel tail which are easily interchangeable. In a medium retrieve with lowered rod tip, REAL CALIFORNIA can be dropped to a depth of approximately 2' ¼”.
